“Great company. Ordered the Fairfax and favor Dorchester bag at a fantastic sale price, much to my surprise it arrived next day even though it was after 2pm My boyfriend also bought me the heeled Regina boots but unfortunately we were sent the regular flat ones. I phoned as needed to change from a sporting fit to a regular fit and because of the mistake in item they were exchanged using the dpd service at no charge. Again next day! I phoned the number and the lady was ever so apologetic and helpful unlike some companies she actually wanted to help! Will definitely be using this wevsite again as this was a first time for me. Also loved the free rock that came in my boots. Lovely touch.”
