“I personally love this store. The staff are always super helpful and polite. They have a wide range of stock available. The online shop is easy to navigate and you can always find what you’re looking for. I’ve recently purchased a Charles Owen hat online and ordered the wrong size, I returned it to store and it was so easy to do and the staff were really helpful. The refund was very quick also.”

“Excellent advice from a sales assistant in Melton Mowbray store re. Sizing, quality, colour of jacket. Suggestsd ordering on-line. Easy and delivery date 2 days after I placed order. I wasn't at home so it was delivered the following day. Delighted with the jacket.”
