“Always helpful in store. Always get back to you when they say they will. Easy to order online. And probably the safest place to shop currently to get the essentials from their Feed Barn. Can’t fault them, and have been a long term customer of originally the Melton store and over the past eight years the Selby store. Highly recommend!”

“The product I payed for, two weeks ago, has not yet been delivered, and the due date has already been delayed three times. Furthermore, on R&R Country website there is no mention of additional fees and taxes to be payed for shipment outside UK (35 euros), and this is unfair commercial behavior.”

Hello Giuseppe, I am sorry to hear you feel our service is unfair. With the new import and export rules recently coming into play, and the commotion of Brexit, it would seem there has been a delay with the shipment. However, we must stress this is beyond our control and the parcel was dispatched on time from our warehouse in the UK. In relation to additional fees, we must stress that these are the responsibility of the buyer importing the goods. “After looking for some new wellies for a while i came across R & R Country, i am so pleased i did. They have a great choice and great details about them. Easy to order and use website and a speedy delivery. Wore them today after so much rain very comfortable and weatherproof. FANTASIC”

“I love my new boots! These must be the most comfortable boots (alongside my walking boots) I have ever bought. There was a slight hitch (colour choice not in stock)when ordering, but a quick call to Selby, Ellie resolved the issue in my favour! My boots arrived as promised, well packaged quality item. Thrilled!”

“Ordered some boots from R&R for the last pair they had. When getting the order ready for dispatch they noticed a slight imperfection, so emailed and went through the options I had.
