“I bought a Febi Control Arm Suspension Kit with a 5 year warranty, after 9 months a part failed so i contacted RTG they started off saying sorry we will sort this out and send you a new part please confirm your address, then no reply so i contacted them and they said how about a partial refund then they said oh we need all the kit which is about 8 parts on my car suspension taking off my car returning then they would send it back to febi and await a reply. RTG Automotive in my view have conned me. they listed the parts brand new on an ebay sale, the person i dealt with was Lois.”

“Bought a wheel beaing for a Jaguar X Type, after 48 miles the car coded with a wheel speed sensor failure. As the sensor is part of the bearing I have no ABS traction control etc. I have contacted them several times and they have failed to reply. 5 year warranty.... didn't even last 50 miles. Now I have to pay to have this stripped again and replaced with a part that is not fake rubbish. Car now off the road for another week till I can get it repaired... AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“I order on eBay a clutch slave cylinder and my mechanic put on the car and he press one time the pedal clutch and it broken half was out of the car and the other part was in the transmission we had to take the transmission out cost me 300£

“I ordered a sump on ebay from RTG automotive fitted it to car. car ran like rubbish for a couple off months took the car to fords in bridgend it cost me £1047 to fix the car the sump was 2mm to small and it had cracked the timing plate so new sump and timing plate”

AVOID AT All COST XXXX you have been warned, I ordered an alternator and thought ,winner 5yr warranty but I was a bit to hasty,Alternator arrived pulley wheel hanging out of the box ad multiple holes where the terminals had punched through the sides . I overlooked this as there was no substantial damage on the surface ,I spent 2hrs changing the item only to find it didn’t work.contacted them 3times no response for 2days by this time removed alternator then pursued refund through eBay .I honestly believe this alternator was knaff before it was sent to me .I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering something I will be doing from now on”
