They failed to acknowledge that it was their fault and that they should be paying the extra charges I encountered but simply replied back saying return for a full refund like that was even practical!!!
Aviod as they have ZERO customer service!!!
They made the Mistake but I had to pay for it!!!!!
Reported them to Trading standards.
