“Was very pleased with our decking planters. However was was surprised that stapled to one of them was the drivers route sheet showing 14 customers delivery information. This included names, full addresses, personal telephone numbers and what they had bought. A data protection slip up?”

“Wood good quality ,order arrived promptly only gripe order was put to on driveway without driver knocking and forged a signature, luckily our neighbour told us otherwise it could of been stolen”

“Very helpful salesperson. My first order was made on Amazon. It arrived with in stated time quality very good. Second order was direct with the company very pleased with their response to my request. As yet I have not received my order so can’t comment on quality.”

“Ordered twice from Ruby Group - first time all ok - second time the wrong timber was delivered - however a webchat and phonecall quickly sorted this out. A few days later, the wrong items were collected and the correct ones delivered. Impressed with speedy and courteous service - will definitely use again!”

“If it was stated at the time of ordering that delivery was to kerbside only (and not even kerbside outside my home - neighbour's kerbside), then iI missed it. Fortunately, very helpful driver took pity on me and helped me get stuff into the garden.”

“Price and quality of materials were good. Just what we needed. 4 stars, not 5 as I delivery was not straight forward. After 6 working days of waiting I sent an email to enquire after my order, no response received. Several days later, I had a a call to arrange a delivery from the pallet company. Delivery took 10 working days in total.”
