“Very happy with the product and customer service. The only issue was with the delivery driver. She had a bit of an attitude when I asked if she had something to cover the wood as it was raining. She then asked with an attitude if I'd been told to make sure there's someone here to help unload. We only had confirmation of delivery on the day and my partner works and wouldn't be able to take time off that last minute.”

“Very quick and well-packaged. The product is very well made. Unfortunately XS was too large for my cavapoo who is not a particularly small dog. However I can't fault the customer service team who have issued a very prompt refund. Would use this company again.”

“Prompt delivery and free if over £50. With any natural timber product you do get the occasional warp or bend in the wood, but the Customer Service is excellent at sorting out any problems.”
