“If you use a Company once and they’re poor you never use them again. I have now used this Company for the 3rd time each time I was well satisfied with the service. Far better than my local store for wood and price.”

“Over the lastv3 months I have been building a shed / summerhouse, on the 3 occasion I have ordered cladding the quality of the larch has been fantastic, with the delivery within 72 hours, on the forth occasions I ordered some cedar and the quality wasn't as good but this issue was resolved straight away with extra cladding sent within 48 hours manybthanks to Adam who was top notch in dealing with my complaint. Great customer service would recommend.”

“I can't speak highly enough of this company, it's service, prices, and customer care. On my last order I got into quite a muddle and ordered the wrong product, online. On realising my mistake a couple of days later, I phoned Ruby and a lovely lady helped me, with great patience, to rectify my mistake. I highly recommend Ruby for any of your timber related needs.”
