“Great service arrived on time will use again”

“I ordered two 1.2 metre wooden planters on line. Throughout the process I was kept informed of the progress of the order and on the day of delivery I was able to track the order which arrived exactly as advised. We are delighted with the quality and sturdy construction of the planters. I would not hesitate to recommend Ruby.”

“Was very dubious as found Ruby via FB, wow, what a service, all of my future timber requirements will be sourced from Ruby for sure, fantastic customer service, great pricing and delivery was examplary and industry leading, delivered to a very rural location, vehicle got stuck, driver didnt lose his sense of humour and happily assisted unloading, truly fantastic service.”

“Everything about Ruby UK has been excellent. Customer service was so responsive, both by email and text to keep me informed about delivery.
