“I couldn’t find the product I wanted locally but found it in stock at Ruby. I was very pleased with the service I received and kept informed at all times while I my order was being processed. It was delivered when promised and the tracking system was particularly good, letting me see where the delivery van was through its journey so I was clear at all times on when delivery would take place. Very happy customer.”

“Excellent quality gate and would highly recommend. Courier in my area not great, rough handling and damaged on first shipment. Outstanding no quibble support from Ruby who expedited a new set of gates.”
