“Ordered some western red cedar on a Sunday nightand it was delivered on the Wednesday. Fantastic service great timber, these guys don't waste time. All your order is tracked so you are kept up to date, fantastic”

“A better product range than I could see in any of the large builder suppliers in my area and an easy online experience. Great service too - easy to get hold of on the phone when I had a delivery query. Ordered redwood round top fencing and the quality is exceptional. Spectacular grain on it with a smooth, dressed finish. The only stuff I could get locally was roughly finished and quite ugly by comparison. It was delivered in just a couple of days too. Highly recommend and will use again.”

“Ordered a very small consignment of larch boards to make nestboxes for a conservation project. Lovely- looking timber, prompt delivery with plenty of notice. Can't fault the service from Ruby and will buy here again.”

“A really disappointing experience, and a story of 2 halves... 1. Delivery - Stated 5 days for delivery but actually took in excess of 10 days and that was after chasing daily with customer services 2. Product - Fantastic..”

“Automated response for initial order, with 5-10 day delivery time, but zero communication after order. They only found my order after I called 15 days later. But shipped quickly and track order gave good detail on delivery time. Product arrived and was as described.”
