"From quotation to boiler hand over I found R&H a very professional and courteous company to do business with they even managed to complete installation sooner than scheduled. Cam, Ryan & Dave the engineers who installed my boiler were polite and very tidy. Leaving my house exactly as it was before they arrived. Boiler was installed in my garage. Without hesitation I can highly recommend this company"

"We needed our upstairs family bathroom converting into a wet room, suitable for someone with a disability to use on a wheeled shower chair. In addition, mindful of the carers, providing them with clear and easy access. The design that Rob, from Rudkin and Herbert, came up with was spot on, comprising folding 750 mm high doors - for the carers to lean over. Plus curtains for normal upright showering.\r\n\r\nWe were kept aware of who was coming, when and what they were going to do. All the rubble was taken away and the whole area vacuumed and cleaned. So there was no evidence of them being there, apart from a wonderful new wet room.\r\n\r\nAll the workmanship was first class, on time and on budget. So we are very satisfied, as are the carers who do not get wet feet. We would certainly recommend Rudkin and Herbert."

"My disabilities meant I needed a wet room, for my safety and personal hygiene. Ian, (the boss) talked me through exactly my requirements without pushing. A quite reasonable price agreed.\r\nSimon, the fitter, came along, installing everything in exactly the right places... for me! Even took photos to show where grab rails were to be fitted, to my height and best positions, saving me going up and down each time. He kept me informed of what was happening each day, cleaned everywhere up, plastic runner on my carpets, no mess, so polite, courteous and helpful. \r\nI\u2019m more than happy with the job they did, I now shower with confidence and safety . \r\nI would recommend this company.\r\nThank you Simon, the other lads and Ian. \r\nPeter "
