“I have purchased multiple sweet iche rugs for my show pony, none of them have lasted or worked effectively.
However the ruggles heavy duty lilac sweet iche rugs are fabulous ive now got 6 that I wash and rotate on my pony some are over 10years old.

Thank you for this feedback Jo and so pleased you are happy with that rug. This year we have slightly modified this rug - we have kept the solid fabric but we have treated it so that it will be water repellent as well. So not waterproof but will repel a shower so hoping this will be a further improvement to this rug.

The rugs should all come up the same size wise so if you have or do experience a difference please contact us as it could be that something has been mislabelled.

“Ordered and paid for a fly rug in the sale only to receive an email the following day to say that there was an issue with their system and that they actually didn’t have any stock. A refund was given, however, I was very disappointed not to be able to have the rug.”
Thank you for the review. I am so sorry that we did not have the item available to dispatch. We try very hard to keep our stock as accurate as possible but unfortunately sometimes things do go wrong which can be as a result of wrong packing lists received by us from the factory or a human error along the way. It is something that unfortunately happens to us from time to time and don't think the issue is unique to just ourselves. Apologies again but pleased that you got our communication and refund.
