"Bought the most expensive Halo on April 11,2024 Today is July 24, 2024..Lasted 3 1\/2 months. Timer and heating will not work.. We use this unit probably four times a week.. Small business.. So I chatted, and they tell me I have to pay $500 deposit to get a new one.. But they would Reimburse me after they get the one that doesn't work.. I also have to cover the shipping cost .. I am very, very disappointed in how they handled things, I get that this happens to some people from time to time. But after reading some reviews, I think it's happening a lot.."

"I bought a nearly $600 color processor. Got it in July it broke by December. The heating unit popped and wouldn\u2019t get hot. The customer service is horrible. It\u2019s still under \u201cwarranty\u201d but they want to charge me $36.63 for a \u201cfree\u201d box to then ship them the unit to fix or replace. The shipping cost to send the box back would be $77.63. Which is comical because I spent $35 in shipping when I purchased the unit. Their second option was to pay $300 send me a new unit and then put my broken one in the box and pay $77 to send it to them\u2026 its going in the trash and I will never spend another dollar with salonpro again"
