One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased an expensive lamp processor from ProBeauty, and what I received was shocking — it arrived completely rusted, scratched, and clearly used or damaged. I took photos immediately and contacted them the same day. Instead of acknowledging the issue and offering a prompt refund, they spent an entire week giving me the runaround. They tried to pressure me into accepting a $50 discount just so I wouldn’t return the item. When I insisted on a refund, I had to fight for every single charge — including insurance and shipping fees. Even now, they still owe me $80 for the delivery, and I had to push back repeatedly and threaten to report them to consumer protection agencies before they finally agreed to the return. It was an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience that wasted my time and energy. Terrible customer service. No accountability. I will never buy from ProBeauty again, and I strongly warn others to stay away.

I bought a new full size Salon Pro. When it arrived it was scratched, dented and the part that rotates makes a horrible noise each time it goes around. The customer service is saying that they will not replace it and my only course of action is to send it back on my own dime and they will try to fix it. I have already paid for a warranty and shipping for a functioning product, but they will not make it right. Don’t purchase from this company!

I bought my 1st one and it stoped working after 6 months, I had to spend 172.00 to ship it back then they replaced it and it died after a year and a half! Highly disappointed. Won’t buy from this

Bought the most expensive Halo on April 11,2024 Today is July 24, 2024..Lasted 3 1/2 months. Timer and heating will not work.. We use this unit probably four times a week.. Small business.. So I chatted, and they tell me I have to pay $500 deposit to get a new one.. But they would Reimburse me after they get the one that doesn't work.. I also have to cover the shipping cost .. I am very, very disappointed in how they handled things, I get that this happens to some people from time to time. But after reading some reviews, I think it's happening a lot..

I bought a nearly $600 color processor. Got it in July it broke by December. The heating unit popped and wouldn’t get hot. The customer service is horrible. It’s still under “warranty” but they want to charge me $36.63 for a “free” box to then ship them the unit to fix or replace. The shipping cost to send the box back would be $77.63. Which is comical because I spent $35 in shipping when I purchased the unit. Their second option was to pay $300 send me a new unit and then put my broken one in the box and pay $77 to send it to them… its going in the trash and I will never spend another dollar with salonpro again

I bought the Orbiting Halo from SalonPro. It sparked and blew out the power within only a couple of months from purchasing. Fortunately no one was hurt. The company does NOT stand behind its product. Would only offer 20% off a new purchase.

Avoid ordering from this company, as they don't send out all your order, do not give a refund or postage item out....then ignore your emails....Be Warned....Stealing your money....
