Placed an order,paid and have emailed for an update on delivery 3 times now and still no response after nearly two weeks. It appears that all they want to do is charge extortionate phone calls.I would certainly think twice before any future purchase.

Absolutely disgraceful there customer service is non existent the actual products ar OK but trying to get through via email or phone just costs more money at 13p per minute plus connection charge plus network charge and I still couldn't get through another £8.00 waisted.

Advise customers to contact PayPal for quick refunds. This company is a joke and a scam. Avoid at all costs. Hopefully PayPal will stop them stealing your money.

My feedback appears to be in line with everyone else... 1) ordered shoes, did not receive them 2) blamed couriers 3) dispatched again 4) order not received 5) blamed couriers 6) would not give a tracking number 7) get the picture hear lads, this business is a disgrace, and an absolute scam.

Goods (coat) arrived with a 6 inch… Goods (coat) arrived with a 6 inch slash on the front, not done in transit. Cost almost £5 to send it back on top of the £5.99 delivery charge, They charge 13p a min if you want to ring them, but expect a long on hold delay. You pay heavily for the privilege of being sent rubbish damaged products. They also do not answer emails (3 to date) No online chat working. And still waiting for my refund after 2 weeks (minus the £10.99 delivery & return of course) A bunch of sharks do not use.

i had severe delivery issues and my calls to the company were answered by reps clearly practiced in excuses and no solutions. i told them i was not satisfied and they said they did not care whether i purchase from them or not.

Inquiry about a lost delivery got a sneering, shabby, hostile response. No interest that the delivery firm lied. Really nasty service.

Terrible, terrible quality fabric used in moleskin trousers. Its going bald after 3 days ordinary use. They look 3 years old. If you pinch the fabric bits come off. The returns department are very difficult to deal with too. You have been warned!

Paid the extra money to get my shoes delivered but was not going to arrive in time, so i cancelled the order as the customer service is ridiculous, they all sound like they are depressed and dont want to be there (its not our fault its hermes fault

Returned goods that were not suitable Waited for refund but did not receive it after 10 days very disappointed will never use Samuel Windsor again Other customers take note

My order was for two pairs of shoes for two persons one pair size 8.5 and one pair size 9 When the order arrived both pairs were 9 but only one was correct the tan deck shoes the other pair size 9 instead of size 8.5 were black loafers The loafers are not even shown in the sale catalogue Very disappointing

Poor Service, shoes were worn out in a matter of days, returned under the 30day policy and they refunded me less than what I had originally paid. Another rip off company please be aware!!!

I have bought items from Samuel Windsor on a number of occasions, and been happy with the service and quality of the products. However I placed an order in early November which has not been delivered. I live in Portugal and have not had any non-deliveries before. Samuel Windsor have refused a refund for non-delivery, and I will not use them again!
