Opened a current account, have received a card & pin but I'm unable to register for online banking as the 1st customer service agent said that the wrong DOB was registered, even though I had posted copies of my passport, driving licence & a form with it on, she asked me to call into a branch to confirm my ID which I refused as they already have a copy.
