“We ordered a new stone for my wife's wedding ring and wanted a brighter, bluish stone which would also last much better than the original stone we had mounted. After searching several internet sites, we decided on Sapphire Bazaar, as there we found the best looking, lowest pricing and a solid guarantee as to quality and satisfaction with our chosen stone. When we received the stone, as stated in emails tracking its shipment, we were very pleased with the accuracy of delivery time, the quality of the stone and we knew we had received a very good deal. Our jeweler mounted the stone for us and was also surprised at the color and quality of the stone. We didn't tell him the price we paid, as it was so much lower than what he had quoted us for an almost exact stone. In conclusion, we are both very happy with the complete deal and the beauty of my wife's weddind ring with the new stone in place. Thank you very much.”

“I recieved my 1ct ceylon blue sapphire which was IF clarity super quickly with the certificate.I wasnt to sure as to what to buy and needed some advice and guidance as this was my 30th birthday present. Baigy at customer service was super helpful and efficient ive never experienced that sort of customer service in my life.I have now given my sapphire to my jeweller to make into a ring and am now the proud owner of a top quality sapphire.I will definitely be ordering from this company again in the near future.”

“It's a pleasure to deal with this organisation. The customer service is truly exceptional, to my delight it has far exceeded my expectations. The updates regarding the product delivery are very helpful and the delivery process itself is a speedy one. The packaging is excellent. The stones I received looked exactly like the pictures shown on the website and I am truly happy with the product and the overall purchase experience.”

“I was extremely impressed with this transaction for the following three reasons: 1) the speed in which I received my order (it only took several days from the time I ordered to the time I received it and it had to travel half way around the world); 2) the quality of the packaging (multiple layers of padded protection); and 3) the exactness of the product I received to the images on the website (sometimes the images on the web make the product look better but in this case the images were beautiful and the product was beautiful).”

“This is my first time making a purchase of a gem online and i must say the service provided is impeccable.
