“I purchased a few rough sapphires which i was not happy with. They gave me an address in California to post to which was returned to us and labelled with ''Unclaimed/Unable to forward/Return to sender". They then asked us to post to their office in Istanbul which yielded the same result. It is worth noting that we are not based in either of these two countries. They then apologised for the inconvenience and told us they would refund us in full. This was SIX MONTHS ago, and Baigy will only respond to email every full months with a new excuse telling me that payment has been made, waiting to be made, etc. Bottom line: You may get lucky and get nice materials from them, but i seriously question their ethics if they give their customers the runaround like this! We are STILL waiting for our $500 usd refund.”
