“I have been purchasing from this shop for a few years now and I'm a returning customer because of their care and attention as well as their one of a kind pure silk products. All of my purchases are online and there are never any issues with customer service. In fact they go out of their way to ensure I am satisfied. “Your service is incredible. I visited the store, went to the fashion show and then purchased online as I live out of town. The hand written note, the gift card and seeds just add to your personal touch. Sustainable fashion is where it’s at!!”

“I purchased a boxy top and 2 shrugs. I loved every piece. They were exactly as pictured on their website. The first shrug that I ordered was no longer in stock and the staff took the time to direct me to other possible shrugs. I was pleased with their one-to-one support. I will shop at sariKNOTsari again!”

“Was so excited to visit Sari Knot Sari and was not disappointed. The salesperson was friendly and let me take my time to look around but was also there to assist. There was plenty of stock. It was fun to see all of the styles and the colours in person.”

“I absolutely love this shop. The fabrics are gorgeous; I purchased a Wabi Sabi Versatile Vest which was because of fabric thinning but unless I'd seen the note, I'm not sure I would've even noticed. There was also a mixup in that one of the items I'd purchased was actually sold out but the website hadn't been updated. The solution was kind and generous. Lovely people and amazing customer service.”

“Ordered 2 shrugs. I am a little on the larger side so wish these were also. However, the pictures did not do the silk justice - they are stunning. Customer service was excellent- Priya herself responded in online chat (!) And I love that each piece is truly unique. Would love dresses in a larger size option (hint)”

“The website does not do these gorgeous garments justice. I fell in love with a beautiful Kimono online, and went in the store to see it. It was 10 times better, and it's great to be shopping sustainably for quality. I cannot recommend coming to the shop and meeting the owner in person enough! She makes her shop a warm, loving and accepting place! I will be doing more shopping here in the future.”

“Had a super time! The salespeople were very helpful and friendly. A group of 3 other ladies came in and it resulted in a 'group event' of finding items for each other. It was a blast modelling and finding different pieces for one another. The atmosphere in the store was fun, friendly and resulted my my purchasing 4 items and some magnet buttons. Will definitely return for more!”

“Very happy with my purchase which arrived a few days after I placed the order. I was helped with the process for which I was grateful. I appreciated the personnel communication which made me feel like a real and valued customer, something that is rare in physical stores not to mention online. The only problem is the large selection of beautiful garments to choose from. I'm having difficulty making up my mind.”

“Received my shipment today! Not only were all the items beautifully wrapped and folded, but I received a little thank you card and hair tie! I must say, I have never received a personally written thank you card from anywhere I’ve ordered from. Ever! What a lovely touch. All my tops and shrugs were even more beautiful in person. Thank you! I couldn’t say enough about SariKnotSari to my friends. Beautiful products from a beautiful business.”

“Such a great store and friendly staff.It is not cheap but then again each piece is unique. On top of the great wearables are accessories such as the painted wooden necklace and earrings. I picked up a couple for an amazing price! I will return.”
