“Took a loan out of £100 and whilst I had paid 2 instalments of £11.01 and only had it 2 weeks my early resettlement balance was £107.00 ,so effectively I paid £28 in interest!!!. Bearing in mind the full cost of the loan was £143 over 13 weeks. Where the hell did they get this settlement figure from ? Plucked out the air I suspect.”

Hi, I'm really sorry to hear that you're not happy with the interest rate of your loan. You should have been advised of the interest rates before you took out the loan. “Always been easy. Only thing I would like to add is more repayment options. As there is only weekly and monthly. And I get paid every 4 weeks so sometime I get Paid say the 23rd and my pay date is the 20th I have to keep money aside a full month. Perfect other than that”
