“Quick and simple application. Terms and conditions easy to find and explained in simple to understand jargon. Staff if you need to call are friendly, courteous and very helpful. They try their hardest to resolve the problem. The negative, and whilst I know no one forces you to use them, is the very high interest rates. Those who use your services are often those in dire financial need who are turned down by banks and other lower cost lenders. All that happens is you find yourself even deeper in debt and the cycle becomes ever more vicious. The poorest get poorer while the richest get richer!”

“First class, speedy service. As an old customer they had many details about me so I didn't need to go through the rigmarole of a full fresh application form which helped. However the decision came through quickly and the money hit my bank within 90 minutes. Superb service as usual.”
