“The glasses were bought as a combined Birthday and christmas 2017 (!!) present. I have not seen them, but the recipients are apparently very pleased, and have been enjoying them. They apparently very much enhance the wine. Savoy and Snook delivered at the 'soon' end of the delivery date range, and are to be commended for the quick and safe delivery. Thanks . . . . my christmas shopping has never been so easy, or so early !!”

“I broke a precious mug ( bought on honeymoon) which was part of a set. Couldn't find it anywhere. Found it on your website and it was here to join its friends within a week. The parcel was the most well packed I have ever seen !”

“Very happy with purchase. Insanely well packaged! I bought a mini measuring jug, smaller than a tennis ball. It came in so much bubble wrap it was bigger than a rugby ball! At least it was safe! Cheers”

“The mugs arrived and I am delighted with them. However I felt a bit guilty about the amount of non-recyclable packaging involved and delivery was not particularly quick. But overall, I a really pleased to have found a supplier of my favourite mug shape”

“Rather disappointed I ordered 4 high ball glasses but I've ended up with 3 because one was damaged and you didn't have the stock to replace it , I know your putting £4 back into my account but I still only have 3 glassed when I set my table.”

“Having broken the last of my Dartington sherry glasses, I was delighted to find replacements, and for a very reasonable price. The thing that really impressed me was the speed with which the goods were shipped to me. When I ordered the glasses there was a delivery time of 3-10 days, but my goods were received within 2 days. I am very impressed with the service and would not hesitate to use Savoy and Snook again.”
