“Absolutely over the moon with the Vera Wang Champagne Saucers i received. I ordered ON Wednesday 30th & the order was here by Saturday 2nd! The glasses are such high quality and £15 cheaper than other retailers! Thank you and i will definitely be purchasing again. Excellent service”

We did send e-mail replies to this customer with no response and a full refund was issued. We believe the e-mails were not received and have gone into the customers junk e-mail box. All queries are responded to in under 24 hours and the majority of reviews show we have great customer service
