“There was a manufacturing fault with my order but the team at Savoy & Snook dealt with it quickly and efficiently and I'm now drinking delicious tea from gorgeous Wedgwood bone china. Highly recommended.”

“This is the first time I have ordered from Savoy and Snook. My order for Villeroy and Boch champagne flutes was delivered promptly, and although very well packed, one was slighty damaged. I contacted customer sevices and a replacement was sent immediately and I appreciate the assistance from Frances for dealing with this very efficiently. An excellent service which I thoroughly recommend”
