“I ordered some fine china mugs from Savoy and Snook. These arrived very promptly, were extremely well packaged, and I am pleased to say, all in one piece. The mugs are simply lovely and I would heartily recommend this company to anybody. Thank you S&S.”

“Pretty patterned forks and matching presentation box so would make a nice gift. I was hoping for a larger fork head (wider) as I already have similar which don’t pick up a decent size of pastry/cake. I have given them to my daughter. They were well packaged and delivery was prompt and I was kept up to date regarding delivery. I would recommend your company to friends and family 😊”

“I ordered a replacement plate from the Gordon Ramsey ‘Maze’ collection by Royal Doulton. The plate arrived quickly & was packaged really well, so as not to arrive broken. A very good online shop, & a great service. I would definitely buy from Savoy & Snook again in the future.”
