Dear Tony, I am very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the way your order was packed. We do make sure the gift boxes are protected and we do include plenty of extra packaging, fragile tape and bubble-wrap and the majority of our reviews give us positive feedback regarding the packaging. A quick email to their customer service/sales team with a photo explaining what happened and they apologised and sent a replacement glass that was much better wrapped. It arrived in one piece. Not a good initial impression, but great customer service and quick correction has lifted my rating to good.”
