“Order delivered promptly but somewhat over packaged would not pass through letter box. Items would have fitted into a much smaller, letter box size Jiffy bag.”

“Really happy with my purchase of the Darlington crystal Ruby champagne flutes, bought as a gift for an anniversary present and arrived quickly and well packaged. The recipient was very pleased with them, they looked very elegant and the pink glass is really beautiful. Also helped that there was a discount at the time of buying.”

“I was looking for some wine glasses for a gift and the Savoy & Snook website popped up in answer to my search. The website was easy to negotiate so I ordered some LSA wine glasses and they are lovely - just what I wanted. The discounted price was a bonus. The service was fantastic - swift and efficient and the items were extremely well packaged so the glasses arrived in perfect condition. What more could you ask?!”
