“Last night I witnessed appalling antisocial behaviour from Saxtons which extremely disappointed me as a member of the Chelmsford community. A group of at least 7 Saxtons boys were throwing eggs and other items at the cars and vans parked on the Volkswagen outdoor gallery next to the Saxtons building. Under the Criminal Damage Act 1971, this is blatant vandalism and criminal damage to property. I cannot believe how foolish and immature these boys were behaving and in broad daylight! I'm sure other members of the public must have video footage but I advise Volkswagen to view their CCTV footage, as well as requesting McDonalds and Saxtons own. The Saxtons boys should be suspended immediately. They have completely proven the Saxtons culture. As a long supporting member of the Chelmsford community, I knew there was something fishy about this dealer, but this behaviour is completely outrageous.”

“All I can say great customer service was dealt with Ruhul and Conrad also a lovely gentleman named Andy, very happy with my car highly recommend great customer service and genuine lovely clean immaculate cars , saxton4x4 really do put customers first . I will be back 👍”

“We were Happy with how the sales processed worked from initial discussions looking at several cars ,then with discussions with Maz got down to one car we liked .We then went over and reviewed the finances and got the whole processed wrapped up by Jenna who went through all the paperwork with us and closed the purchase very quickly with us and we were very happy driving off the forecourt”

“All the staff from when we walked in greeted us professionally and in a friendly manner. We were offered a drink which was a lovely touch as soon as we sat down. We had some hurdles to get over, but the guys moved mountains (especially Ruhul)to make sure we drove away with our car. So thankyou everyone!!!”
