I don't really write reviews, but all three of the staff at Schuh in Rushden Lakes on 25th Sept were too great not to shout about. Knowledgeable, personable and really useful. Nothing was too much trouble - we will be shopping in store more with service like that. Cheers!

I ordered a pair of sketchers and after paying realised my discount hadn't gone on. After a live chat with Schuh they said they would refund once the shoes were dispatched. My shoes were delivered at 5.50pm and refund was in my account by 7pm. Excellent service. Will definitely order from them again

Delivery service was excellent but not impressed that I had to pay over £6 to return the boots. This was second class too ! In these times, when it is not safe to return to stores, you would think that Schuh would offer free returns like other high street brands.
