call alot (not due for her). Evidently ya'll are having problems with your software.
I tried a week ago with Vanessa and then someone Sunday and was never called back. Rachel
said you were having software problems.
But back to Rachel, she was probably the most helpful I have had with Scootaround!!”
“The rental was great… It was at the hotel when we arrived… The only problem was when I originally called to rent… The person I talked to said all of the places that she could check were closed as it was a Saturday… So she would call me right away Monday morning… I had not heard so I waited until after 12 noon and I called back in as I needed a scooter rental and didn’t want to get too late so I wouldn’t get one… when I called in, It was like they had never heard from me for this rental… But the person that answer the phone when I called in then helped me and got my rental”
“I would have given 5 stars except the first scooter they brought me when picking up my scooter for embarkation. It was very old and I refused to accept it. There was a whole area of beautiful modern scooters which is what I had rented in other locations. I eventually rec'd. a beautiful modern scooter.”
“I had one bad experience and several excellent experiences... I love that the scooters are small so can fit in an accessible room, easily. It is easily controlled so you aren't mowing people down. It lets me get from place to place and keep up with my friends when I have to walk long distances; like on a ship or on the strip, in Vegas. The one bad experience was when they gave me one that wasn't fully charged but it said that it was and I kept getting stuck. I usually find them very nice. I have rented a lot of them and will continue to do so whenever I travel.”
“I've rented 3 times now and the only issue I've had was the seat being wonky on my last rental. I'm positive it would have been taken care of but I was in a hurry to enjoy Vegas every minute of my time there”
“Neither scooter was in our cruise cabin when we arrived. It was a complete mess trying to figure out who on the ship to contact to get the scooters. This never happened before.”
“Scooter was acceptable and worked well. The downfall was in the pick-up and return. Instructions were ambiguous. The porters told us to just leave the scooter at the bus pick-up area. I wanted to take it to the area indicated when we picked the sccoter up, but the porters wouldn't let us cross the driveway. Hence, we ended up getting a call later (while waiting at the airport) asking us where the scooter was. Please instruct the porters on your procedures.”
“Very easy to rent and use. The scooter was a little beat up, however, so I definitely felt I was riding an older item. Next time I’ll ask for something newer, if that’s possible.”
