“I have been very impressed with Scotby Cycles. I had a number of follow up questions and Scotby responded swiftly and effectively. They have been very accommodating and helpful with all of my requests and though I am someway from Carlisle (I ordered my bicycle online) I will certainly make a point of visiting the shop in person and recommend it to all others. “I've written my honest review on trustpilot immediately after when received the bicycle. The delivery was fast the bike itself packed really well no damages at all after a good look. I was very, very, very satisfied with the service I've got actually that is what you expect when order a bike with a bit higher pricetag.”
