“Excellent products at excellent prices, fast service and delivery, well packaged. Only downside is that the website wasn’t that easy to use, I did everything on my phone though, might be fine on a laptop.”

“We recently bought our sons bike with Scotby Cycles, it says it was closing down sale and we got a large reduction on our bike. On assembly we realised a piece was missing. I was very nervous that we would have trouble getting a response. I emailed the company and heard back straight away. The man helped us figure out what was wrong and sent the part first class and it arrived the following day. I was very impressed by their customer service.”

“I like the bike I love it the diameters are good, the colour is amazing but when I put air in the rear shock it started to make some noise, I was thinking that I’m going to get some powerful breaks for the price but the breaks I have makes noises when I breaks and has bad breaking power.”

“I ordered a pair of Adidas 510 trainers but the incorrect ones were sent to me. I contacted scotby cycles and they rectified the issue promptly and asked me to return the incorrect ones at no cost and sent me a the correct ones a few days later. So over all good purchase. I will definitely shop again. Great prices”

“Great bike at a great price. Very happy with the bike and quick despatch by Scotsby. Unfortunately the courier Parcel Force were awful - they don’t give you a time slot for delivery, we missed them twice, their cards carry no information and phone number is a robot. I had to find out where the depot is for myself and drive 54 miles round trip. Scotsby please change courier. Eventually got the bike 10 days after despatch.”
