“Really happy with Scotby. I was given some ortlieb panniers as a present but I decided to swap them for a different pair, process was easy and efficient and carried out easily amd I got my new bags in no time at all. Will use these guys again for sure.”

“I ordered from Canada where was impossible to find, arrived in less than one week at a fair price. Extremely happy with the panier, perfect size and adjusts very well to the bicycle. Very functional. Installation was easy except for the act that you do really need a good cable cutter for the steel cable that attaches the bag and that is not specified in the instructions, so make sure you have one handy. Great service from this store, will use it again.”
