“Website was easy to navigate and had a great selection of items available. Prices were very competitive and the process from ordering to the items arriving safely was very simple. Items arrived as described in a very timely matter. If I had to offer anything to improve on it would be to take more varying photos of some of the items for sale, to give a better view of the products when visiting the site but this is nitpicking, will not hesitate to purchase again and would most certainly reccomend scotby cycles to friends and family. Thankyou”

“Brilliant service, fast delivery which was free. Lovely bike..well built. Would of been 5 stars but my bike had a couple of large scratches on the frame. Being black these were very visible. Didn't send back as no guarantee wouldn't happen again. So made do with black nail varnish.”
