“My first time using Scotby Cycles. Delighted with the service which provided me with exactly what I was looking for. I had previously been supplied with a slightly different (and wrong) product from one of the larger stores which unfortunately had to be returned. Being a smaller independent firm and reasonably local, Scotby Cycles will definitely get my support in the future !”

“A phone call to ask about the item was promptly returned, and item described to me to clarify as few queries. The web site is nice and clear to use, and has a feel of quality about it, especially the home page etc. The price of the item was exceptional, and much lower than other well known cycling outlets; or market-place websites. I would not hesitate to buy, or recommend Scotby Cycles again I received the item within a few days, and it was as described on the website and over the phone; plus free of postal charges. Happy customer Well done.”
