“Product was not what I ordered and product arrived wet and moldy. I ordered a green hat with tartan and received a black hat. Packaging was weak and allowed water inside thus product came with mold. This is the second time they have mis-represented the product. After the first time I was offered a small discount on my next order. That didn't happen. I will never shop there again.”

from the website description of this item: "Sorry we are unable to specify the colour of the main part of the baseball cap unless orders are placed for 10 of more." This is clearly printed in the description. regarding the condition it arrived in we are sorry that it dod not reach you in the same condition it left us - items are wrapped carefully and appropriately for the item being sent - in this case it was in a padded envelope which is usually more than adequate - we cannot be held responsible for items that have clearly been abused in transit and you really should take this up with your local postal service - these cap left us in perfect condition and we've used this type of packaging for decades with very few problems.

“ScotClans processed my order swiftly and their gift wrapping was hearty. Despite of oversea order, my purchase was delivered only several days later. I found their option of message card was excellent, though the printed message could use cooler fonts. My husband, from Clan Fraser really loved the Kilt Pin and proudly put it on our wedding day. The Kilt Pin will have passed to his son in the future. Thank you so much, Rodger & Amanda Moffet !! You made our day ♡”

“Quicker shipping on items with tartans that have to be made than what the website says so that was a pleasant surprise. Responds quicker to twitter for questions than email. Items were all very nice!”

“I ordered a scarf for my wife, and was a little nervous about the amount of time it would take to fulfill my order. The scarf arrived a couple of days earlier than I expected, so I was very pleased about that. The scarf was beautiful, and was a big hit with my wife. This was a very pleasant transaction.”

“I love Scotclans for their products and for the service I have gotten in the past. I have ordered from the company for over five years. This time around, I ordered a vest on October 15, 2018 and didn't receive it until May 6, 2019. I was expecting the vest within 6-8 weeks or by Christmas--it didn't arrive for over six and a half months. The Scotclans customer service responded to my inquiries but ineffective in getting me the vest until half a year after I ordered it. Scotclans didn't offer any compensation for the wait. The explanations were understandable before Christmas, but there weren't convincing explanations in January, February, March, April and May. When the product shipped there wasn't an apology or recognition of the half year delay. I love the products, but can't rely on the company anymore.”

“Product was great, as expected. Shipping was long but at no fault of ScotClans, as the distance between Scotland and Australia is just large. Information given by ScotClans on item info, as well as clan history was fantastic. Status of order was a little unclear at times - I wasn't certain if the item had been shipped yet for quite some time, and the tracking system didn't work for me (though I'm not sure if that's necessarily in the control of ScotClans. But otherwise, absolutely satisfied with the product.”

“This being my first purchase overseas I did not know how it would go, and although I made contact because I did not know how long it takes to airmail a parcel, I was quite happy with the response that I got and when I received the purchase I was happy with the Item. All round I was quite please with the transactions”
