“Dear Scotland, I tried to order online, but didn't manage very well. Jean Whitehouse B C. (Before Computers). This was picked up at your end, and one of your excellent staff Margaret helped me to complete my order. My cousin, the recipient of the gift was delighted with every aspect of your products. I would very much like you to pass on my thanks to Margaret, for her excellent customer skills, her initiative, when given wrong information by me ! she is a great asset to your company. “The clothing is of fine quality and the tartan colours (Once I understood the difference between silk and wool) are true to the original. Shipping times are quite reasonable. The one small problem I had with a button that went missing from my MacNaughton vest was quickly solved by your sending me two replacements, on of which is now in place. I wear my vest etc when doing public presentations and they have drawn many favourable comments. Thank you for helping me display part of my heritage.”

“Very personal and thoughtful service. My order was for an international delivery with a tight deadline and this team coordinated things to make it happen. Even when I got my measurements wrong, they came back and asked me to double check - thus avoiding what would have been a very costly mistake on my part. I recommend the quality of the product equally as high as I do their outstanding customer service. Margaret is the best.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would do so. I ordered three purses for my daughters for Christmas gifts with three different tartans (our Scottish ancestry.) One of the tartans was not on the list, but Margaret insured that a purse could be made in that tartan. The communication and assistance from Scotclans was outstanding as was the communication letting me know what was going on. I got the purses very quickly and they were gorgeous, I almost hate to wait until Christmas to give them. I would recommend Scotclans to anyone and will certainly patronize them again.”

“I received my order a few minutes ago and am very pleased. I think OUTLANDER has created a huge interest in Scottish heritage. “I was so impressed with my contact,Margaret. I am planning to get married to Tracey Burnett at Duns,Scotland on 28th September 2015,with the assistance of 'local 'celebrant,Lara Celini. I am journeying back to where my forebearers were married(Duns Parish Church)prior to their journey to Melbourne ,Australia.,in 1851--1852. Margaret greatly helped me with my Roxburgh Kilt and accessories(of which I had nil experience)so I will look good on the given day in front of Tracey and my'' Ancestors''. I thank you from the bottom of my proud heart,and as you may have guessed extremely proud of my heritage, this will be a trip to remember.
