Many thanks for your review. Two of the three items you have ordered are ready to do out to you however one of these (scarf) is made to order (explained on the order page) and takes up to two weeks - the order was placed last week. I spoke to you via live chat on 25th June (transcript available) and explained this and you were happy with the timescale.

My wife and I spent a very pleasant half an hour opening each item and admiring the quality, artistic sense and the packaging. “I was impressed with how smoothly the transactions were handled. The purchase I made are for my sister's birthday in August. I wasn't for sure how long it would take to receive them but to my surprise I received them fairly quickly. I have enjoyed the ScotClan website. Lots of information.”
