“I ordered a waistcoat in june and only received it In September . D During this time I wrote asking to change the size from 38 to 40 inches. I received no reply. So you have not got a satisfied customer I am afraid, in fact I was surprised to get your request! June Spencer”

This was a custom made silk waistcoat - i can see several emails in our system that were all answered apart from the last one - there was communication with the customer all through the process - this included informing the customer that the tartan they had chosen was out of stock and the mill was reweaving it. It was explained that this process can take several months to go through the weaving queue. We use small independent mills based in Scotland and this sort of thing cannot just be rushed through

“For many years I have been a customer of Scotclans and have always received not only excellent products but warm friendly service where much help is given in connecting Family names to their correct clans so that lots of items can be purchased as gifts for relations and friends e.g. wedding gifts and new baby presents. “Transfer is very light in coloring (chose green ink on khaki tone shirt). The clan name was missing from under the crest.”

This design does not have the clan name - this is clear on the design, also the design pictured is dark green on Khaki - its meant to be an antiqued finish so this is how it looks - garment was exactly as pictured in the product image on the site

“was slightly worried my order which was placed at short notice as it was a gift for a friend who was leaving at short notice to go home to Romania. However although the order was for a clan crest quaich which had to be made to order it arrived in plenty time. Well done. Delighted with the product as was my friend. Thank you very much ScotClans”
