“I wrote this email to You earlier concerning my order of clan Forbes phone cover and I would like to have some information about the matter, please. "To whom it may concern Hello, I ordered a Samsung Plastic Phone cover for Samsung S9 on July 25. The cover arrived on september 6th, but it was not for the S9. It was bigger in size (I think it is for the S9 plus) and I would like to return it and I would like to have the black S9 cover instead. In the sales receipt (transaction ID: 25193) the cover is marked as S9 cover. How do I need to proceed for the change? with best wishes, Juha Lakka"”

“Very disappointed with both service and quality of product, I was looking forward to receiving t shirt but disappointed that it took around 6 weeks to receive item and then to find that for the price it was only an iron on transfer and not a laser print as I expected, I will not be using company again”

just checked our system - order confirmation email sent out, also dispatch email sent - no record of any emails received from this customer using the email address in the original order or order ID. delivery time was as stated. possibly wrong email address entered on the original order or customer has a spam filter.
