“Sorry to say but the service I received was shocking. I had a very long time to wait for my tie and no body phoned or emailed me to let me know there was any problem, or to explain about the delay. I emailed time and time again, and was getting more nervous and did not receive one response. I had to phone to find out what was happening and then had to phone back a couple of more times . Really should have received some compensation. Very poor service.”

“They went above & beyond to make sure we had the handfasting ribbon in time for our daughter's wedding! All the way in rural USA, too! Thanks so much for all you do! Ribbon is beautiful & perfect for her special day!”

“I was very impressed with the quick delivery of my phone case from Scotland to Australia. It arrived in about 6-7 days. I have sent 2 emails requesting if you stock something similar to a stamp that I can use on biscuits but have not received a reply.”

“My order was dealt with very promptly by very friendly staff. I am over the moon with my purchase of 2 sets of cuff links made in the specific tartan that I asked for. My parcel was sent to me in a lovely presentation package, I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff of SCOTCLANS.”

“My husband Donald (this is his wife, Heather, writing the review) recently bought me a beautiful tartan stoll and clan crest brooch from your website. The delivery time to Nova Scotia (Canada) was fantastic and I was very taken with the quality of the weave. The tartan fabric was sooooo......lovely. The brooch is also a surprisingly substantial piece of jewellery...very crisp detail and the stones are beautiful. I love it so much. I can't wait to see what he orders from you next!”

“Two months after a purchase I am still awaiting to receive my full order. Thus, response time is not especially impressive. The two of four shirts received were a little disappointing given that the imprinted clan logo was not sharp but rather faded grey vs distinct black on a grey background. May or may not repeat purchases with this firm.”

“My MacAulay shield is beautiful. It's perfect. It hangs by my front door and looks great. Thank you very much for an excellent job. While I have your attention: could you please give me some advice on how to keep it looking like new? I sprayed Scotchgard on the tartan and was wondering how I could preserve the wood. Linseed oil, maybe? I would really appreciate your reply. Many thanks.”

“The shirt was beautiful, but the size was way too little. Here in the US I wear an XL and it turned out to be too little.”

“I have nothing but the highest praise for ScotClans! Starting with initial inquiries about products and timelines...to placing the order...receiving confirmation...regular status updates...shipping confirmation and finally, the finished product! Would I recommend them? ABSOLUTELY! No questions, no hesitation!”
