Shop elsewhere Really long lead time. Was told will ship in 3-4 weeks, finally got a response after 5 weeks. Finally arrived, missing part of the order. Contacted them, said they’d get it out within a week with a free gift. Another 4 weeks, still nothing, no emails returned. Then they decided to just refund the missing parts.

They did refund that part of the order, however after fighting with them for months I cannot get them to refund me or admit the mistake even though I sent many photos with a tape measure in every iteration.

The skirt arrived with the sizing tags sewn on the outside of the skirt and much shorter then described. I took a photo of this upon opening and I sent them an email telling them I would like to return it for a refund. The company responded that I had worn the skirt therefore this wasn’t going to happen. I clearly had not worn the ski skirt that was my point I would never wear a skirt like this. I think this is a total rip off

I contacted the company, and they refuse to let me return this item or issue a refund because they said it was a special order.

Return and refund was declined because "it was a custom weave", when it was clearly pre-made off-the rack and from a color-blind weaver at a disreputable mill in Pakistan.

I ordered and paid for the matching bag and it was not delivered with the kilt. Was told it was being shipped and it has not arrived. I have messaged several times with no reply back. I will be seeking a refund and file complaint if I don't receive what I paid for soon!

I think this company is a scam. My package is stuck in transit from PAKISTAN! for payment of shipping fees and duty which I already paid for with my order. It has now been over 8 weeks and I have no hope left of actually receiving my package. I have cancelled my order and am hoping they will refund my money. I urge extreme caution.

I contacted them by email as there is no phone number and i asked for a refund as I would not have my clothes in time for my wedding.
