I ordered 2 items from this company, one being a sash. I was happy when I received them but then realized the sash was a scarf size. After many emails, even though it was their error, they insisted I pay for some of the shipping cost. VERY frustrating. Please also know that YOU must pay shipping on returns. By the way, the items are made in Pakistan and have an odour to them when you receive them.

Rigid on returns and will make you buy an item AGAIN if the size is wrong instead of exchanging - apparently choosing the tartan colour is considered “customisation” so purchase with caution.

We followed instructions for measurements but the Kilt was 2 inches too small at the waist.
Do you accept returns??
We now have different instructions and the new measurements are very different from the first set of instructions and we will have to reorder a new kilt for our grand daughters wedding

I called in to custoner dupport and asked questions avout returns and orders and was assured that returns would not be an issue, when the fit did nit work out on my kilts suddebly tgeir answer changed to that these were a custom order and therefore non returnable.
