“I had to arrange for our car to be scrapped as my husband was in hospital- this would usually be his domain so it was totally new to me. I’d phoned a couple of local scrapyards but got the impression they were trying it on with a lady who clearly wasn’t sure what she was doing! I found these guys after a quick google, it took me less than 2 minutes to get a quote (which was almost double what I’d been quoted locally). I thought it might be too good to be true, but soon has an email from someone to arrange collection the next working day. On the day of collection, I got a phone call an hour before the chap arrived. He then pulled up, used his battery pack to jump start the car, took a photo of my ID and took my bank details and was away with the car within about 10 minutes. The payment was exactly what I’d been quoted and in my account the same day. It was genuinely faultless, and made what could have been more stress at an already stressful time in our lives actually really straightforward. I would highly recommend this service.”

“Entered the reg number, an offer was made, once accepted I was contacted and pick up was arranged. The truck arrived the next day picked up the car and the payment for the car was in my account more or less within a few hours. It was easy, speedy and fuss free excellent service.”

“The process was very easy. The price we were quoted was what we were given. We were paid within 24 hours. I only had a couple of qualms regarding the service. Rather than contacting the alternative phone number we provided the company with to get in touch with us they sent an email. I don't constantly check them so I panicked as they'd wanted me to contact them otherwise they may not have collected the car. The other thing is that they took the log book without leaving me section 9 to send to the DVLA. The man who collected the car was very nice and he said they'd deal with the log book online but I'm actually still fretting about it. I should have taken a photo of the log book so I had at least got the serial number off it”
