“Far from easy to arrange for my car to be collected, numerous messages, emails and unanswered phone calls to the agent, it was only on the final attempt to call them that I got an answer. It was easy to arrange a time and date for collection and the price was honoured, the collection driver was friendly and helpful.”

“Good price but it took over 2 weeks for the car to be collected and I had to contact the driver several times after he missed previously arranged pick up days”

“All worked fine but it was a bit poor having to make many phone calls and wait nearly 2 weeks for someone to come and pick up the car”

“DVLA has sent me a final notice to tax or sorn the car. So they have not been informed that the car was scrapped although your driver assured me you would handle everything.”

“Service okay but don't like the way they took all of the v5 document as I wanted to keep for my records that they have took the car”

Hi Stacey, Thank you for your feedback. We are an authorised ATF so we deal with the DVLA directly for you, hence why we require the V5. You should have received a copy of the Certificate of Destruction by email, which has also been issued directly with the DVLA for you. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder as it may sometimes be received there. If you cannot find it please give us a call on 0333 335 5482 and we will resend it to you. “Had a an appointment for 1pm, with no show, no call when I rang the office and got the drivers number he said it would be more like 3, after 3 I get another call saying it would be later and to send everything via what's app and leave the car open for him to pick up. I could have done this in the first place, I had to cancel my plans. But the price is very good and payment was prompt.”

We do apologise on behalf of the driver for not making it there on time for you, unfortunately due to the nature of the business loading vehicles one after the other does not always take as long as initially accounted for, with additional traffic delaying things even more. “Office staff did not send email as promised,had to chase driver as he ignored messages. Was quite stressful sorting everything out wouldn’t use company again”

“Call handler very efficient and l appreciatethey busy nature of the business but was told the date then to be cancelled by the towing guy saidvhecwoukd come next day in the morning before lunch then said it would very around 6pm then bring back as l had a medical appointment and said he was in the area and would arrive within 15 minutes...waited in a total of 2 days but prompt communication with DVLA”

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We have looked into your comments. Our records show your vehicle was submitted onto our system on 25/03 and was collected from yourself of 01/04. Your vehicle was disposed of through an authorised ATF who issued a Certificate of Destruction (COD) on 06/04. This should have automatically cancelled the vehicle off DVLAs system which, in turn then cancels your road tax. This was all completed within the timeframe stipulated by DVLAs terms and conditions being 7-14 days.
