“I found the whole process very straightforward and very easy. The collection was when we arranged, and Mark who was my collection driver was outstanding, very professional and polite and displayed great empathy and patience due to disability. “When I decided to retire my vauxhall with scrapmycarOnline made it all very simple I did it all online received a confirmation phone call from them to make sure I was still wanting to go ahead. they come to my home took the car and I received the money which I was happy with 3 working days later It was all very simple. A young man come and took the car and he was polite and quick. It took very little effort on my part to get it all sorted. I was more than happy with the service. Thank you.”

“perfect service. i went online and accepted the quote for my car. they called me and told me it would be collected friday… friday at 7.30am the driver calls and 30 minutes later the car was gone. got paid the same evening.. perfect perfect service. i highly recommend this firm. many thanks”
