I paid for next day delivery. It didn’t arrive. Three days later they won’t tell me what’s going on. Parcel force have no clue what Screwfix are doing. Screwfix only contacted me when I wrote a bad review on trust pilot. That is the level of their customer care. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade.

Been a customer for nearly ten years, will be closing my account this year. Service is poor, stores rarely carry stock of items advertised online and in catalogues, delivery service poor. Had to wait over a month for a refund, which required me to send over 20 inane emails, after a failed "next day" delivery. Save yourself the hassle and use toolstation

Horrible experience with Screwfix！ They call me 10 mins before the due delivery to tell me that the items are out of stock. I took the day off and made special arrangements for this ~ Very poor customer services and no clear customer communications or notifications at all. The guy on the phone was clueless and could only offer £10 for a massive mess up. Screwfix you are screwed, so get a grip！
