“Won't be buying anything from this site again. Item ordered 14th December, paid delivery and still no sign of it. Make matters worse, this is customer response: "Delivery is an added cost for retailers as well as customers. A refund is only issued for damaged or unwanted items. A retailer is not responsible for delays related to delivery services." What a pathetic response.”

Hi Vin, Demanding a refund when you have been informed that your parcel is out for delivery is unlikely to get a positive response. You have access to the tracking number for the partly tracked service you paid for. The second half of the delivery service is handled by Royal Mail. As a retailer, we do not have control over the operations of the postal service. Thank you SDS Cool Stuff
