“Won't be buying anything from this site again. Item ordered 14th December, paid delivery and still no sign of it. Make matters worse, this is customer response: "Delivery is an added cost for retailers as well as customers. A refund is only issued for damaged or unwanted items. A retailer is not responsible for delays related to delivery services." What a pathetic response.”

Hi Vin, Demanding a refund when you have been informed that your parcel is out for delivery is unlikely to get a positive response. You have access to the tracking number for the partly tracked service you paid for. The second half of the delivery service is handled by Royal Mail. As a retailer, we do not have control over the operations of the postal service. Thank you SDS Cool Stuff

“Previous reviews in trustpilot were negative and was worried that I wouldn’t receive my order however the item was delivered quite quickly in a few days.”

Hi Chris, Thanks for review :) Just to clarify the company you are referring to on Trustpilot, has a similar name but is not the same company as 'SDS Cool Stuff' and there is no connection with that company. Shane SDS Cool Stuff
